Add some healthy omega-6 fatty acids from avocado and anti-inflammatory benefits from turmeric to your breakfast with this quick green smoothie! Try freezing the avocado or pineapple in chunks for a cold refreshing drink.
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 small knob turmeric, peeled and grated
- 1 thumb ginger, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- Blend coconut milk and together.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
