November 3

Join gut microbiome experts, Kate Scarlata, RD, LDN and Cindy Carroll, RD, RN, IFNCP for an all day workshop on the gut microbiome. Decoding The Relationship Between The Gut Microbiome, Diet and Chronic Disease is a workshop for health professionals (providing 6 CEUs/contact hours for registered dietitians and registered nurses). Nutrition plays a key role in shaping the gut microbiome. Dietitians should be well versed in the scientific evidence on how nutritional modulation can be curative and reduce symptom and disease burden.
